My sessions are containers for energetic restoration, emotional unwinding, and spiritual clarity.

As a Energetic Liberation Guide, I use an intuitive blend of Reiki, Healing Touch, Craniosacral work, and channeling to support your body and soul in remembering wholeness.

Each session is guided by your energy in the present moment—no two are ever the same.

  • What to Expect

    Each session is a co-creative experience, led by your body, spirit, and energy in the present moment. No two sessions are ever the same. I don’t follow a rigid structure — instead, I listen to what your system is ready for and gently follow its cues.

    We begin with a short conversation to check in and set intentions. This could be something specific you’d like to release, soften, or call in — or simply a desire to reconnect with yourself. From there, we drop into the energy work.

  • Modalities I May Use:

    Depending on your needs, I intuitively weave together:

    Reiki: a subtle, deeply calming energy flow that supports realignment and emotional clarity

    Healing Touch: heart-centered techniques to open and balance your energy field

    Craniosacral Therapy: soft touch to release deep tension held in the nervous system and fascia

    Intuitive Channeling: messages, visuals, or energetic insights may arise and be gently shared

    Somatic Stillness & Presence: space for deep listening, unwinding, and integration in the body

    Every part of the session is gentle and responsive — you don’t need to know what to ask for. Just arrive as you are.

  • Closing the Session

    We’ll take a few moments to ground and integrate what has moved. I’ll share anything that came through (intuitively or energetically) if it feels resonant, or offer silence and stillness if that’s what’s needed.

    You’ll be given time to come back into your body, ask questions, and gently reorient before moving on with your day.

  • Integration & Aftercare Support

    As part of our session, you may receive follow-up support that reflects what came through for you energetically.

    This is offered intuitively, and may include:

    A voice note reflection after the session with channeled insights or messages

    A personalized ritual or journaling prompt to support your integration

    A written light message — something you can revisit when you need grounding or remembrance

    These pieces are shared only if they feel aligned for your session.

    They are not guaranteed, and you’re always welcome to request silence and space instead.

  • This healing continues beyond the session. Trust what unfolds.

    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable, as I prepare energetically in advance for each session.
