We want you to feel safe, comfortable, and supported before stepping into this circle. Here are some things you might be wondering:

  • Bring yourself as you are. A journal, a water bottle, and anything that makes you feel cozy — like a blanket or sweater — are recommended. We’ll provide cacao, yoga mats and other yoga equipment, plus all ritual supplies.

  • Absolutely. No experience is required. Everything will be guided with care. You’re always invited to move at your own pace and listen to your body.

  • If you’re pregnant, on heart/blood pressure medication, or have any medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. Cacao can be stimulating for some people. Breathwork and Reiki are gentle practices, and you are always welcome to opt out of anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

  • Sharing is always optional. This is a safe and supportive space — you’re welcome to simply listen and receive.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person if you can’t attend. Please contact us directly if this comes up.
