I’m Alejandra Hernandez, the founder of Expand For Light.

Expand For Light is the foundation of my work and my life. I believe that the more we sit at the center of our experience, the more we may come into contact with what feels heavy, unclear, or unresolved. We don’t find light by avoiding darkness, we find it by expanding beyond where we’ve been willing to look.

I work with a combination of Reiki (Level 5), Healing Touch, and craniosacral therapy. I meet you where you are, allowing energy to move where it is needed most. Nothing is forced, and nothing is rushed.

This work is about honoring your timing, your pace, and your lived experience. At the core of it, I trust that the body already knows the way. My role is simply to support that reconnection and hold a steady space for whatever is ready to unfold.
